Requirements:

As a Community Manager at Mswenko Africa, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a vibrant community around our sneaker brand. This is a non-paid position, focusing on fostering brand engagement, enhancing online visibility, and creating a positive brand image within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Community Engagement:
– Actively interact with the online community on various platforms, fostering positive relationships with customers.
– Respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
– Generate creative and engaging content aligned with the brand’s identity.
– Curate user-generated content to showcase the community’s connection with the brand.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement.
– Provide regular reports and insights, suggesting improvements based on data.
4. Feedback Collection and Analysis:
– Collect and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
